Nancy, who started out as an entrepreneur and self-motivator in the service industry, moved back to the Island early ’90s where she created real estate office brochures with maps and local services for distributing to clients and was soon approached by the broker to become an agent; earning her licence in 1991.

The realtor loves how every day is different and enjoys tackling challenges such as learning contract law and real estate issues over the years that keep her fresh. “And always it is the people in the industry and the clients that I feel have been my motivation for staying in the top 10 per cent of sales at the local real estate board.”Whether buying or selling, Nancy’s clients are kept well informed as she keeps up-to-date on changes in technology, using the Internet and other forms of communication, even Skyping clients as needed. “E-mail and text messages are common now and I love being anywhere and still knowing I can be there for my clients.”
